KATHMANDU, Feb 15: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has unveiled a Citizens’ Covenant (Kararpatra) for the upcoming election. The party made the covenant public by presenting points outlining its priorities, the current situation, and its goals.
Stating commitments to a pluralistic federal democratic republic, liberal economic policies with social justice, a reformed provincial structure, equitable inclusiveness, respect for Sanatan civilization, protection of religious and cultural diversity, balanced foreign relations, and the expansion of diaspora capacity and soft power, the party said it aims to strengthen sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and national dignity through the Citizens’ Covenant.

The covenant also mentions ending party domination and forming a high-level commission to investigate assets accumulated since 2046, according to the RSP.
