The voting started at 8:45 am today. A total of 450 security personnel have been mobilized in and around the National City Hall, as updates given by the Metropolitan Traffic Police Office.
Parking in the Bhrikuti Mandap area has been prohibited bearing in mind the security of the NC Convention venue, Office Spokesperson Lokendra Malla said.
