Ruling coalition parties meet kicks off

KATHMANDU, Oct 31: The parties in the ruling coalition have started a crucial meeting at the Prime Minister´s residence in Baluwatar on Wednesday morning.



The meeting is expected to decide whether to issue a constitution through the reinstatement of the Constituent Assembly by incorporating the agreed issues or go for fresh elections.[break]



Leaders of the UCPN (Maoist) and the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) are huddled in the meeting.
