Raut registers Non-Governmental Bill at parliament

KATHMANDU, Feb 2: Chairman of the Janamat Party and Member of Parliament Dr CK Raut has registered a Non-Governmental Bill at the Federal Parliament Secretariat.


Raut on Sunday registered the Non-Governmental Bill related to discrimination based on caste, color, region, attire, nationality, or origin, as well as penalties for such offenses.

The bill calls for penalties for anyone who uses terms such as "Dhoti," "Bihari," "Marsya," etc., in a derogatory manner.
