MORANG, Jan 22: The tension has continued in Rangeli area after three people died yesterday in the police firing.
The irate cadres of the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) have vandalized under-construction Armed Police Base Camp at Rangelli Chokraha.

The agitating UDMF cadres have destroyed over 100 sacks of cement in course of vandalism.
Chief District Officer of Morang district, Toyam Raya has called an all-party meeting to take stock of the security situation.
UDMF has been staging protests since early morning. A huge number of security personnel have been deployed in the incident site. Rangeli market has remained shut while transportation has been brought to a grinding halt.
