Former member of parliament Dhanharka Rai has been appointed as economics, development and planning expert, human rights activist Sushil Pyakurel as political and human rights expert, former secretary Madan Kumar Bhattarai as foreign affairs and diplomatic expert to the secretariat of the president.Similarly Dr Meena Acharya has been appointed as women empowerment expert, Jagannath Mahaseth as agriculture, rural economics and tourism expert and Madhev Sharma as communication expert to the secretariat of President Bhandari.
The office of the president has confirmed the appointments issuing a statement.
