KATHMANDU, March 17: President Ramchandra Paudel has expressed heartfelt condolences to KP Sharma Oli, Chairman of the CPN-UML, who is in mourning.
President Paudel visited the residence of former Prime Minister Oli in Gundu, Bhaktapur to express his condolences to him and other members of the mourning family.
