Pokhara Metropolitan City gives two-day deadline to resume classes

KATHMANDU, April 28 : Pokhara Metropolitan City has urged all stakeholders to resume regular classes at community schools by Wednesday.


Issuing a notice on Monday, the Education Division of the metropolis gave a two-day deadline, citing disruption in teaching activities due to the ongoing protest by the Nepal Teachers’ Association.

The metropolis has called on teachers, students, school staff, school management committees, and parent associations to ensure regular teaching activities by the given deadline, based on the decision made by the City Education Committee on Sunday.
