KATHMANDU, Dec 26: Prime Minister Sushila Karki is set to hold discussions with the top leaders of the three major political parties regarding the House of Representatives (HoR) polls scheduled for March 5 on Saturday.
Prime Minister Karki will meet CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli, Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba, and Nepali Communist Party (NCP) Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal at 4 PM on Saturday.

The government has intensified meetings with various political parties to create a conducive environment for the elections. Earlier, a meeting of the Prime Minister and the three party leaders, chaired by President Ram Chandra Paudel, took place at Sheetal Niwas.
Earlier on Friday, Minister for Communication and Information Technology Jagdish Kharel met NC President Deuba. Kharel has also met CPN-UML Chair Oli as part of efforts to build consensus ahead of the polls.
