KATHMANDU, March 8: Nepal Sports Journalist Forum (NSJF) held its 13th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday in the capital.
The meeting unanimously elected eight central councilors and 11 provincial councilors for Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ), the umbrella organization of Nepali journalists.
Meanwhile, the meeting endorsed progress report presented by NSJF General Secretary Prakash Timalsina and financial report by Treasurer Prajwal Oli.
Meanwhile, the meeting also unanimously decided to nominate its member Pawan Acharya as candidate for member in the upcoming FNJ election.
Earlier, FNJ President Mahendra Bista inaugurated the general assembly.
Nepal Olympic Committee (NOC) President Jeevan Ram Shrestha and Nepal National and International Players' Association President Dipak Shrestha among others attended the inaugural session.
