GAIGHAT, Jan 26: CPN-UML Standing Committee member Shankar Pokhrel has said that the government would get the shape of national consensus government if the Nepali Congress resorted back to the 'gentlemen's agreement'.

Speaking at a news conference organized by the Press Chautari Udaypur chapter today, leader Pokhrel opined that the NC could participate in the incumbent government after its national convention and Madhesi Front also would be taken aboard the consensus government.

He added that genuine demands were addressed by the constitution amendment process, however unnecessary demands would never be fulfilled. RSS
