National Assembly pass bill on Banking Offenses and Punishment

KATHMANDU, March 19: The Banking Offenses and Punishment Bill, 2080 has been passed with a majority vote in the National Assembly.


The bill, along with the report of the Committee for Legislation Management, was passed unanimously in the National Assembly after being received from the House of Representatives.

Earlier, a discussion on the bill had taken place. During the discussion, the proposer of the bill, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel, thanked the members for their agreement.
