POKHARA, July 31: An unexpected delay occurred at the Pokhara Regional International Airport (PRIA) when a mouse was spotted on board a Yeti Airlines flight, which was scheduled to depart for Kathmandu.
Among the passengers on the flight was National Assembly Speaker Ganesh Timilsina. As a precautionary measure, the flight was immediately halted after the mouse was sighted.

Jashoda Regmi, the Acting Chief of PRIA, confirmed the incident and mentioned that Yeti Air flight number 678 was affected. The airline promptly initiated a search operation on the aircraft following the discovery of the mouse just before the scheduled departure time at 11:50 AM.
In light of the situation, National Assembly Speaker Ganesh Timilsina, who was among the passengers, is now making arrangements to travel to Kathmandu on another plane.
