POKHARA, July 29: An aircraft belonging to Yeti Airlines made an emergency landing at Pokhara airport on Friday morning after it experienced engine failure mid-air. The aircraft was on its way to Kathmandu from Pokhara.
The left engine of the aircraft with a call sign 9N ANG call sign flew from Pokhara to Kathmandu at 8:54 AM. The captain informed the airport that one of the engines had failed shortly after the take-off.

Information Officer at Pokhara Airport Debraj Subedi said that the plane returned to Pokhara Airport and landed safely within 6 minutes of the take off. There were 45 passengers on board.
