Radhika Neupane took life of her two-year-old son and eight-year-old daughter feeding them noodles laced with poison, police said.[break]
She also attempted suicide taking the food spiked with poison but survived. She is currently undergoing treatment at a nearby hospital.
Police suspect that Radhika might have taken the extreme step following a household dispute with her husband who is a sub-inspector in the Armed Police force.
Police said further investigation into the case in underway.
