KOHALPUR, March 28: Police have arrested a man on the charge of raping a ten-year-old girl of Janaki Rural Municipality on Saturday.

Tham Bahadur Budhathoki, 30, of Kohalpur-12 has been arrested for allegedly raping the minor. Inspector Nawaraj Pokhrel of Area Police Office, Kohalpur informed that the girl was raped at around 10 pm. Family members had immediately filed a complaint against the perpetrator after which he was booked the same day.
It has been found that Budhathoki had taken control over the girl when she was having her meal in a hotel based in Janaki Rural Municipality. The condition of the girl is said to be critical.
