According to the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure, the minister inspected damaged road sections, bridges, and other physical structures in Kavrepalanchok, Sindhuli, and Ramechhap districts, and gave necessary directives to concerned officials.

Traveling from the federal capital, Kathmandu, to his home district of Ramechhap via the BP Highway, Ghising inquired about the progress of work on the BP Highway, the Khaireni Ghat Bridge, and repairs on the Mid-Hill Highway.

He said structures damaged or destroyed by floods and landslides need to be repaired temporarily as soon as possible, and added that he instructed the authorities to build Bailey bridges and culverts in place of collapsed permanent bridges, and to fill potholes to ensure smooth traffic operation and management.
