The decision was taken during a meeting of the party’s parliamentary members held at the party’s central office, with party chairman Rajendra Lingden in attendance. The appointments were made unanimously, according to Oli.
In the recent House of Representatives (HoR) elections, the RPP secured one seat through the direct system and four seats through the proportional representation system. Shahi was elected directly from Jumla.
