Maoist CC meet put off

KATHMANDU, Dec 31: The Central Committee meeting of UCPN (Maoist) scheduled for Saturday has been postponed until Sunday to the death of party Secretary CP Gajurel´s mother Tek Kumari Friday night in a hospital in the capital. She was 86.



The Maoist CC has been fiercely deliberating on the political proposals each presented by party Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Vice-chairman Mohan Baidya, who heads the dissident faction in the party.
