Speaker Onsari Gharti had allocated three minutes to each lawmaker speaking in the special hour of the House.On the occasion, Yagya Bahadur Sunuwar of the CPN (UML) said that Rangeli incidnet took place after UDMF cadres tried to foil the peaceful programme organised by the Youth Association Nepal while Mahendra Yadav of the Nepali Congress condemned the Rangeli incident.
Similarly, Ram Narayan Bidari and Shyam Kumar Shrestha of the UCPN (Maoist) said the border blockade imposed by India was against transit rights and added that the government should continuously sit for talks with the UDMF.
Prem Suwal of the Nepal Workers and Peasants Party drew the attention of the government to stop India's intervention on Nepal immediately while Dimple Kumari Jha of the Nepal Sadbhawana Party questioned whether or not problems of the marginalized, indigenous and Madhesi community are resolved through first amendment of the constitution.
