Talking to media persons at Bharatpur Airport on Friday, UML Chairman Khanal said the political parties are close to consensus regarding the disputed issues. The meeting scheduled for Saturday will be decisive, he added.[break]
The UML has played a significant role in bringing the political parties to a common ground, said Khanal, adding that a way out to the nation from the crisis would not be possible until and unless an agreement is reached among the three major political parties.
He was here to inaugurate the eighth district convention of the CPN-UML, Chitwan.
