Kathmandu Finance to give 7% bonus shares

KATHMANDU, Dec 16: Kathmandu Finance Ltd has said that it will distribute 7 percent bonus shares to its shareholders. Issuing a statement, the finance company said that its 21st annual general meeting held on Wednesday approved the decision of its board of directors to distribute 7 percent bonus shares and 0.37 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders.
