KATHMANDU, March 29: The 17th annual general meeting of Nepal Life Insurance Company Ltd on Monday has approved a proposal of its board of directors (BOD) to distribute 26.31 percent bonus shares (including tax) to the company’s shareholders.

Issuing a statement, the insurance company informed that the shareholders from the further public offering (FPO) will also get the bonus shares. According to the company, the AGM has also elected a new member in the company’s board.
