Hrithik to develop luxury residence in Goa

Anyone will tell you that real estate is the best bet for investment – that is, if you have big bucks. And Hrithik Roshan seems to be making the most of it. We hear, the actor has heavily invested in developing a luxury residence project in Goa.

The Bang Bang actor has joined hands with BJP functionary and real estate developer Anand Pandit for the deal.


A source close to the actor says, "It's a sprawling property at Dona Paula and the builders will be constructing a high-end, on-invitation residence. Hrithik has been following the real estate business closely and he thought this one will give him huge returns."

In 2014 too, Hrithik had reportedly pumped in Rs. 70 crore to develop a plot near Infiniti Mall in Andheri, Mumbai.
