KATHMANDU, Feb 18: Parliament session has been prorogued Wednesday without finalizing parliament regulations. The session had been prolonged purportedly for finalizing parliament regulations.

The session, which began October 2, had formed regulations drafting committee with one month term.
Following dispute among major parties over a number of issues including the size of parliamentary hearing special committee, the drafting committee was unable to finalize the draft. House meeting on Wednesday has extended the term of the regulations drafting committee by a month.
