Greenhill City -- a new venture -- this week opened booking for those who are willing to buy affordable individual homes in the capital. [break]
Located at Mulpani, Jorpati, 15 minutes away from the Tribhuwan International Airport, Greenhill City consists of more than 800 units of individual homes as well as individual plots. Bhesh Raj Lohani, managing director of the company informed that individuals can even buy plots and build homes on their own.
Standalone houses built in an area of 1,485 sq ft. to 2,400 sq ft can be purchased for Rs 5.8 million to Rs 10.2 million. For those who make full payment, the company has offered 7.5 percent discount and for those paying in installments 2.5 percent.
For those who want to buy the homes in installment through financing from a bank, the company offers installment facilities for a maximum of 18 years.
“We are offering three and four bedroom homes at very affordable rates of Rs 2,500 per sq. ft with the objective of providing the customers with quality homes at competitive prices. This is the biggest housing project in Nepal till date,” informed Lohani.
Built in a total area of 312 ropanis, Greenhill city will offer customers with earthquake resistant buildings with facilities like car porch, round the clock CCTV security, four-lane entry road, Montessori school, proper drainage system and facilities of drinking water, solar lightening system, among others.
“As a part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we have built four-lane road and have even constructed a bridge,” said Lohani.
