Rupesh Mahato, deputy general manager of the company, said the company has also introduced exciting prices for customers in this festive season.
The company is offering bungalow built on 3 ana 2 dam at Rs 5 million. The buyers will get land and housing ownership certificates immediately, said Mahato. “Customers buying land plots can hire their own contractors to build house. Also, they won´t have to pay community charges,” he added.
Mahato said the company introduced the offer for Dashain and Tihar as this time is considered auspicious for buying land plots and houses. “Also, people living abroad send money home during this time of year. This also helps boost land and housing transactions,” he added.
Officials of the company said the project at Mulpani is one of the largest housing projects in the country with 800 individual homes spread over 320 ropanis. Out of 320 ropanis, 106 ropanis have been set aside for 36-feet roads and community areas.
The 2.5-storied individual homes built in Green City are earthquake resistant and have a car porch.
