Gold price decreases by Rs 400

KATHMANDU, Feb 21: The price of gold decreased by Rs 400 per tola to Rs 96,200 on Monday. The yellow metal was traded at Rs 96,600 per tola in the domestic market on Sunday.

KATHMANDU, Feb 21: The price of gold decreased by Rs 400 per tola to Rs 96,200 on Monday. The yellow metal was traded at Rs 96,600 per tola in the domestic market on Sunday.



The price of standard gold decreased from Rs 96,100 per tola on Sunday to Rs 95,700 per tola on Monday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of silver has decreased by Rs 5 to Rs 1,300. The silver was traded at Rs 1,305 per tola yesterday.


Similarly, gold is trading at around USD 1,892.24 per ounce in the international market today.


The federation has been fixing the price of gold and silver in Nepal in line with the transaction price of the international market
