FWEAN joins hand with FMTC to promote women entrepreneurships

The Federation of Woman Entrepreneurs’ Associations of Nepal (FWEAN) has signed an agreement with the government owned Food Management and Trading Company (FMTC) to promote entrepreneurship and marketing.

KATHMANDU, October 13: The Federation of Woman Entrepreneurs’ Associations of Nepal (FWEAN) has signed an agreement with the government owned Food Management and Trading Company (FMTC) to promote entrepreneurship and marketing.

The FWEAN President Shova Gyawali and FMTC’s Chief Executive Officer Ramesh Acharya on Monday signed an eight-point agreement into the effect. Two entities have agreed to work in collaboration to promote women entrepreneurship, strengthen business participation, skill development, women self-reliance programs and competitiveness.  


Likewise, the FWEAN and FMTC consented to collaboratively work for production, trade and service along with promoting direct purchase and sale of the goods produced by women entrepreneurs.
