FSU Election: Koshi Province transport strike by No Cable Car side postponed

The transport strike on 17 March was postponed in consideration of the student union elections scheduled for 18 March.

TAPLEJUNG, March 16: While keeping other previously announced protest programs unchanged, the Mukkumlung Tansep Chumpho and Mukkumlung Inter-Party Struggle Committee have postponed the transport strike planned for 17 March in Koshi Province.


In a press release issued on Sunday, the Mukkumlung Tansep Chumpho and Mukkumlung Inter-Party Struggle Committee stated that the transport strike on 17 March was postponed in consideration of the student union elections scheduled for 18 March. However, they confirmed that other protest programs will remain as previously announced.
