Gold price hits record high of Rs 175,200 per tola

The price of gold has reached an all-time high of Rs 175,200 per tola on Tuesday, marking an increase of Rs 1,100 per tola.

KATHMANDU, March 18: The price of gold has reached a new record in the domestic market on Tuesday.


According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the price of gold has reached an all-time high of Rs 175,200 per tola on Tuesday, marking an increase of Rs 1,100 per tola. On Monday, the price of gold was traded at Rs 174,100 per tola.

Meanwhile, silver has also increased by Rs 10 per tola, reaching a price of Rs 2,050. On the previous day, it was traded at Rs 2,040 per tola.
