Talking to the media persons here in the district, KC reiterated that the first condition to forge consensus is ouster of the incumbent government.
The NC would not take part in the fresh polls conducted by the UCPN (Maoist), KC further added. "Consensus government would not be led by Maoist also the Constituent Assembly elections should be held under NC leadership," he stressed.
He was also of opinion that the incumbent government would be toppled through stiff protest from the streets. "Maoists are clinging to power, if this continues NC would initiate protests programs to force Maoist to step down," KC said.
