KATHMANDU, May 26: Finance Minister Barsha Man Pun presented the Economic Survey for the fiscal year 2023/24 and the Annual Review of Public Enterprises, 2081 BS, in the parliamentary session amid obstructions from Nepali Congress (NC), the main opposition party.

Finance Minister Pun presented the Economic Survey and Annual Review while lawmakers from the NC were obstructing the meeting, chanting slogans demanding the formation of a parliamentary probe committee to investigate the alleged involvement of Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane in the misappropriation of cooperative funds.
