Finance Committee forms 2 panels for discussing on bill

KATHMANDU, Jan 25: The Legislature-Parliament, Finance Committee has constituted two separate sub-committees for amending the Banking, Employees Provident Fund and the Auditing Act. The sub-committees have seven members each.

A meeting of the committee today constituted a sub-committee to discuss on the bill relating to amending the Banking Crime and Punishment Act, and the next sub-committee to deliberate on the bill to amend the Employees Provident Fund (Ninth Amendment), 2071 and the bill to amend the Auditing Act, 2071.


The committee president Prakash Jwala said the sub-committees have been formed to fine-tune and finalise the bills the Parliament send to the committee for its reading. RSS
