How is Dell doing in Nepal?

As I have been looking after the Nepali market since one and half years, Nepal has been the fastest growing market in the South Asia region. We are very satisfied with the performance of Dell in Nepal so far.

Customers here have to wait long to get the newly launched products. Why is it so?

It is true that earlier people had to wait for one or two months to get the new products. But the case is not the same theses days. Since a year ago we have started launching the products globally at the same time.

Why are Dell products a bit expensive in Nepal compared to the global market?

It is true that the products are a bit expensive in Nepal. It is mainly due to customs duty, tax and other reasons.

Are there any products in the pipeline?

We are launching BMW Z4 series laptops in 15 to 20 days.

Is Dell coming up with any offer for costumers in Nepal?

As Dashain -- the greatest festival for Nepalis is approaching, we will be providing special discounts on all our products. Besides, we will also be launching exchange offer under which customers can get best rate for their old products and get a brand new Dell product.
