KATHMANDU, Dec 28: Discussion regarding the proposal on Nepal’s Constitution (First Amendment) Bill-2015 has begun at Monday’s meeting of the Legislature-Parliament.

Taking part in the discussion, CPN-UML lawmaker Keshav Badal said that the Bill was brought to address the demands of Madhes agitation.

Before this, speaker Onsari Gharti had presented the proposal in the meeting. RSS
