KATHMANDU, Nov 5: The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Daramkhola Hydro Energy Limited has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The company and NEPSE signed an agreement for the listing of ordinary shares on Wednesday.
A total of 10,305,000 shares have been listed, including 3,950,000 IPO shares—representing 38.33 percent of the company’s issued capital—and 6,355,000 promoter shares.
Daramkhola hydropower project begins power production
For the first day of trading, NEPSE has set an opening range of Rs 142.81 to Rs 428.43 per share for Daramkhola Hydro Energy. NEPSE generally allows a range of up to three times the company’s net worth for the initial trading day.
The company’s shares will be available for trading in the secondary market from Thursday.
