KATHMANDU, June 5: The initial public offering (IPO) shares of Sopan Pharmaceuticals have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). A listing agreement between NEPSE and the company was signed on Friday.
A total of 17.16 million shares of the company have been listed on NEPSE. Of the listed shares, 4.29 million are ordinary shares and 12.87 million are promoter shares.
Aero Pharmaceuticals to issue IPO
The company had offered 25 percent of its total issued capital, equivalent to 4.29 million shares, to the general public through its IPO.
Shares of Sopan Pharmaceuticals will begin trading on the secondary market from Monday. For the first trading session, NEPSE has set the opening price range between Rs 92.15 and Rs 276.45 per share.
Sopan Pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
