Talking to Radio Nagarik on Wednesday morning, former Justice KC said, “The court is facing problem as the justices are not attending the benches formed by CJ Parajuli.”

Former justice suggested CJ Parajuli to resign from the post to save the dignity and freedom of the court. “We should stop this conflict in the court”, former Justice KC added, “He had better resign himself before outsiders' pressure, which will save his and court’s dignity.

"Justice Cholendra Shamsher JBR also had made a blunder by rejecting the bench, " former justice KC, said, adding, “He has right to deny the hearing, but questioning against the date of birth of CJ Parajuli is a great mistake.”

He often raises voices against corruption and wrongdoings but KC condemns the issue of taking revenge against CJ Parajuli. He said, “The court is plagued by corruption, wrongdoings and inconsistencies. So we should end the corruption right away.”

Commenting on CJ Parajuli's appointment, KC said, “ Parajuli was formally appointed by Parliamentary Hearing Committee. He is appointed by 609 parliamentarians. He is legitimate CJ of the court.”
