KATHMANDU, Feb 2: Citizens Bank International Ltd has started branchless banking service in earthquake-hit Sushmachemawati VDC of Dolakha. Issuing a statement, the commercial bank said that the branchless banking service was started in cooperation with Sakchyam Access To Finance last week.

According to the statement, the bank has appointed a local businessman Dhaal Bahadur Karki as its business representative to provide banking service in the VDC. With this, the total number of branchless banking outlets of the bank has reached 80.
