Citizen registered a crushing 69 run win over United Spirit Nepal to top group C. Citizen scored 107 runs, the highest total of the tournament, losing three wickets. Nabin Karki scored 30 and Amit Khanal contributed 18 for the winning team. In its run chase, United managed only 38\2, despite Anish Aryal smashing 23 runs. The victory of Citizen mean that Surya Nepal also advance into the last 16 as the runner up from group.[break]
Sunrise and Siddhartha made it to the pre-quarterfinal round from group E as the winner and runner up. In course of achieving its second win in row, Sunrise edged past Nepal Investment Bank by nine runs. Sunrise made 63/3 riding on 23 runs of Kedar Singh and 21 runs of Rajan Khadgi. In the runs chase, Investment scored 54/3 despite Nirajan Rana scoring an unbeaten 24 runs.
Kantipur overcame Nepal Life Insurance by 26 runs. Suraj Singh Thakuri smashed 33 runs and Bhusan Yadav was unbeaten on 31 runs as Kantipur posted 98 runs target for the lost of one wicket. Nepal Life Insurance made 71 runs in its chase losing one wicket. Ajay Lal Das was unbeaten for 31 runs.
Indian Embassy progressed into the next round after KIST Bank thumped Bank of Katmandu (BoK) by four wickets. Pratham Shah was not out on 35 runs, Prashan Shrestha for 31 runs as BoK scored 87 runs for the loss of one wicket. Kist surpassed the target with three ball to spare. Roshan Shrestha scored 23 runs and Manjay Raj Pandey scored 19 runs in KIST´s victory.
Former winner NMB Bank edged past Standard Chartred by 28 runs to finish the group stage as winner of group A. Rabindra Chand scored 36 runs for NMB which made 68 runs losing three wickets. Standard Chartered managed only 40 runs.
Host Soaltee Crowne Plaza defeated Civil Bank by nine runs to emerge the winner of group B. Bikash Karna of host was not out on 31 runs and Raj Shrestha of Civil remained unbeaten for 33 runs.
Century Bank finished on top of group D. Century defeated Nabil Bank by five wickets. Bhuwal Shrestha was not out on 34 runs and Laxman Joshi was unbeaten on 15 runs as Nabil made 68 runs losing two wickets. Century surpassed the target with four balls to spare after Shankar Shrestha smashed 34 runs remaining unbeaten and Abhay Rana scored 26 runs.
Defending champion Bank of Asia topped group F after three wicket win over Nepal Bank. Nepal Bank made 67 runs losing four wickets. Diwesh Dangol scored 27 runs and Diwash Singh Thakuri scored 17 runs as Bank of Asia achieved the target with two balls to spare.
