A total of 47 delicacies of chicken and 18 food items of egg were kept for sale and exhibition in the one-day festival. [break]
Advisor of the Association, Laxman Gwachha, said the festival was organized to aware locals about the importance of meat and egg of chicken.
Entrepreneurs from and beyond Kathmandu valley participated in the exhibition.
Inaugurating the festival, Director General of the Department, Dr Nar Bahadur Rajwar, said as Nepal is a member of the World Trade Organization Nepali products should be able to compete with global products.
