KATHMANDU, Feb 7: Century Commercial Bank Ltd (CCBL) recently held its fifth annual general meeting (AGM) in Kathmandu. Issuing a statement, the commercial bank said that the AGM held on Friday elected Laxman Kumar Shrestha, Uma Kumari Shrestha, Rajesh Raj Dali and Mahesh Kumar Agrawal as the board directors from the promoter shareholders group.

The bank also said that its AGM approved proposal to distribute 9 percent bonus shares and 0.47 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The AGM also approved a proposal to issue 30 percent rights shares to the bank's shareholders, the statement added.
