Koirala, who was here for celebrating Dashain festival while talking to party workers claimed that parties had agreed for fresh elections and urged all not to be swayed by the UCPN-Maoist whim of CA reinstatement.
Koirala is to meet party workers, and offer tika to family and workers during Dashain.
