KATHMANDU, Sept. 15: Leaders of the fringe parties claimed that political way out was not possible by only forging consensus among the major political parties.

Speaking at an interaction organized on ´Current National Political Impasse and Resolution´ to mark the Eighth Anniversary of the CPN (United-Marxist), they stressed the need of holding broad-based talks among all the political parties to end current political transition.

The fringe and major political parties should widely discus the ways to cut through the political deadlock, said party General Secretary Prakash Adhikari.

Similarly, General Secretary of the CPN (Unified) Sitaram Tamang claimed that the Constituent Assembly (CA) was dissolved due to misunderstanding among the major political parties and called for round table conference to give outlet to the protracted problems.

Spokesperson of the CPN (Unified-Revolutionary) Himlal Puri and CPN (Marxist-Leninist) Dinanath Ghimire stressed the need of ideological discussion among the political parties to address the problems.
