On his 70th birthday, actor Kabir Bedi surprised his guests by tying the knot with his long-time partner Parveen Dusanj, 42.

The couple have been together for nine years. Guests had turned up at Soni and Deepak Agarwal's Alibag estate to attend Kabir's big birthday bash, and were pleasantly surprised to find that it was a wedding ceremony after all.
The actual birthday party was held on Saturday, which doubled up as the wedding reception, for which a Sufi singer from Delhi was flown in. Kabir's daughter Pooja Bedi was not present at the wedding, but her brother Adam was, as well as her daughter and son. Kabir has been married thrice before - to the late Protima Bedi, Susan Humphreys and Nikki Bedi.
