KATHMANDU, Dec 2: Siddhartha Cable Car is preparing to issue its Initial Public Offering (IPO), with the company calling an annual general meeting (AGM) to formally endorse the plan.
The AGM has been scheduled for January 11. According to the company, the meeting will table five general proposals and four special proposals, including the plan to issue the IPO.
Once the proposals are approved by the AGM, the company will begin the process for IPO issuance.
