KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Bhoj Bahadur Shah has been elected as the new chairman of Mega Bank Ltd. The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on Tuesday elected Shah to the post, according to a statement issued by the bank. The fifth annual general meeting of the bank held on Sunday had elected Shah, Gopal Khanal, Madan Kumar Acharya, Sambhu Bikram Thapa, Indra Bahadur Malla Thakuri and Ishwar Bahadur Gurung as the board directors from promoter shareholders group. Similarly, Chet Narayan Pande and Dipendra Agrawal were elected from public shareholders group.
