KATHMANDU, March 8: Candidates of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) have won three more House of Representatives seats in Parsa and Siraha districts, according to election officials.
In Parsa-4, RSP candidate Tek Bahadur Shakya was elected as a member of the HoR. He secured votes sufficient for victory, while Ramesh Rijal of the Nepali Congress (NC) received 12,533 votes and Jalim Mia Mansuri of the CPN-UML secured 12,146 votes, as reported by the Election Commission office.

In Siraha-4, RSP’s Tapeshwar Yadav won the election with a strong mandate, securing 36,210 votes. His nearest rival, Ajay Shankar Nayak of the Nepali Communist Party, received 7,972 votes.
Similarly, in Parsa-3, RSP candidate Ramakant Chaurasiya was elected with 29,679 votes. In the same constituency, Surendra Prasad Chaudhary of the Nc secured 16,366 votes, according to election officials led by Chief Returning Officer Budhilal Shrestha.
