KATHMANDU, March 17: Professor Dr Achyut Wagle has been appointed as the vice-chancellor of Kathmandu University (KU).

A Cabinet meeting on Monday decided to appoint Wagle to the position. Prime Minister KP Oli is the chancellor of the KU.
